Hartshill and Harpfields Residents' Association was formed in 1995.
Its aim is "To Work with the Community for the Benefit of the Community"
It produces a Newsletter four times a year the publication of which coincides with one of three Public Meetings and an Annual General Meeting which is held in November.
At the Annual General Meeting a Committee is elected who then appoint a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary and any other positions as required who meet each month to carry out the business of the Association.
