Hartshill and Harpfields Residents' Association was formed in 1995 to "Work with the Community on benefit of the Community". To this end we liaise with the Local Authority and other relevant bodies to represent the views and concerns of local residents to developments in our area.
The Association is administered by a Committee which can consist of up to 14 members, as laid down in the Constitution, who are elected annually in February at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee meets to discuss matters arising which affect the the locality and produce a quarterly newsletter in advance of three Public Meetings held in May, August, November and the Annual General Meeting in February.
