Palmer's Green gates - the City Council have instituted a consultation exercise on all the gating orders in the City. Councillor Pender has posted a link to the Council website on the Hartshill and Harpfields Residents Facebook page which enables comments to be submitted online. On the list Palmer's Green is Location 53. The reference to Article 2 probably relates to existing gating order which is presently suspended. Though there is mention of a plan there does not appear to be one attached.
